T he cellar gathers sixty vintners who passionately till their vines. It is a traditional occupation, but our winegrowers are in no way closed to change. Thus a group concerned with sustainable pest control meets once a week during the growing season, and, under the guidance of a viticulturist, they share their observations and experience, thus achieving a reduced use of pesticides.

The cellar is very demanding with its members. We implement very strict specifications. Only grapes from highest-quality parcels are used for the great vintages. All are inspected every year before the harvest.
